We want to announce a new addition to our filthy lil' hell known as Skumlove after searching for months we have found who we think is the perfect 2nd guitarist. Draco is his name and hails Originally from Colombia and for the last few years he has been a professional killer. trading in his weapon for the devils tool, a guitar. you can see his debut show this Wednesday May 21st at 10:30pm at The Joint in Beverly Hills, Ca.

SPONTANIOUS, LOUD, VIOLENT AND BIG.

THE LINE UP WAS CRAZY AND PERFECT.
REVEREND H STARTED THE NIGHT OUT WITH A ELECTRO SOUND THAT STARTED FROM THE SOUL. OPERATION DOWNFALL WAS NEXT AND THEY KILLED IT PUSHING THE LIMIT IN TRUE REAL METAL. FAST HEAVY AND HARD.

AS SOME MIGHT NOT KNOW WHEN THIS VERSION OF SKUMLOVE BEGAN 8 MONTHS AGO I KIDNAPPED TWO MEMBERS OF A BAND CALLED HEROES OF THE FEDERATION. WELL LAST NIGHT THEY REFORMED FOR ONE SHOW. THE ENERGY WAS HIGH AND THE SOUND WAS DYNAMIC.

FINALLY WITH A SHORT SET CHANGE WE, SKUMLOVE HIT THE STAGE THE STAGE WITH FULL FORCE STARTING IT ALL UP WITH A BRAND NEW SONG CALLED "ANTI-AMERICAN IDOL." IT SEEMED LIKE THE CROWD ALREADY KNEW THE WORDS AS THEY CHANTED "ANTI, ANTI, AMERICAN!" IT JUST DIDN'T STOP THERE., THE CROWD WENT WILD AND TRUELY WAS ONE OF OUR BEST SHOWS EVER! PEOPLE WERE CROWD SURFING AND SLAM DANCING AND SINGING ALONG. SOMETIME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SET I WAS EVEN PULLED ON TOP OF THE CROWD AND TOSSED AROUND IN THE AIR. THE SINNER IN THE CROWD BECAME PART OF THE BAND AND I BECAME PART OF THEM. YOU WOULD PROBABLY THINK RATTAN AND D WOULD BE ALL OUT OF ENERGY PLAYING THEIR OWN SET PRIOR BUT NOPE THEY SLAMMED THROUGH EVER SONG AND WHEN WE HIT ANOTHER NEW ONE "DIG YOU LIKE A GRAVE" WHICH SHOWED TO BE A HANDS DOWN WINNER AND WHEN GINA PLAYED THE SOLO HE HAD EVERYONE EATING OUT OF HIS HANDS! GREAT SHOW GREAT CROWD AND IT DIDN'T STOP THERE.

ONE OF MY TRUE FAVORITES OTTO'S DAUGHTER CONTINUED THE SLAUGHTER DESTROYING WHAT WAS LEFT. AND THERE WAS A LOT.

LIKE ALWAYS A GREAT SHOW. THE PLACE WAS PACKED AND THAT IS WHAT A SHOW SHOULD BE LIKE. EVERYONE WAS THERE FOR ALL THE BANDS THAT PLAYED AND IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN A BETTER NIGHT. AND I HAVE TO SAY THANX TO HOLLYWOOD MUSIC TV AND THE WHOLE ROXY STAFF FOR EVERYTHING.

THE SHOW MUST GO ON!

After so much hell with the date of our 4th coming Valentine Massacre is now going to be FREE for all our fans and has been moved to Wednesday February 13th at On The Rox in Hollywood. For those that do not know where that is it's a smaller club above the Roxy Theatre. We hope you'll all show up and since it's free you'll have extra money to buy our new CD and some Merch!

Happy New Year my Sinners!

Well been a while since i posted some news but that's because we been Hella busy. we played a Danzig tribute show where we covered It's comin' Down and Stalker Song and Sacrifice. two weeks later we his up Arizona and did The Sets with Thrill Kill Kult, one of my favorite bands ever and that was the best! well now we are getting ready for our Canadian Record release through Misfortune Records. and as some know by now our rhythm guitarist Skitch had to quit due to personal and family problems. We wish him the best and are looking for a replacement. NAMM is next week and that means work, work, work and even more play! We as a band are working on new songs where we all are putting a lil in to each song as a whole and it's turning out great! Also we have some new shirts for sale in the store so show your loyalty and support and we have 2 new shows for the new year Feb 10th at the vibe in Riverside Ca. and our annual Valentine show which almost didin't happen but pulling some strings it looks like is gonna be Feb 11th at The Roxy in Hollywood Ca. so hope you will take that into consideration and show up because this is for all of you! 2008 the year of the SINNER!

SKUM HAS NO LOVE

Skum was denied entry to Canada November 9th as the band was scheduled to play 2 shows, one in Toronto and one in Montreal. the band flew separate from Skum and landed in Toronto. Skum flew into Buffalo where he was to cross in Niagara falls. He was asked to exit the taxi and and was searched. Entering the empty customs office he was told point blank, "We do not want your kind here." After being read his past arrests of misdemeanors, he was given two options: be arrested and spend the weekend in jail, or to turn around and go back from where he came. Forty-eight hours later and a lot of money spent, Skum is safe at home. "I have been to Canada since these arrests many times and can't believe what I had to go through." Skum says, "I apologize to all my fans and give a big thank you to Skitch, Gina, Blade and Rattan for still doing the shows and kicking ass."

Warning boys and girls, there is such a thing as a permanent record and Canada holds them all!

11/2/07 - New Album - Songs Of Lust and Corrosion

Skumlove's new album, Songs of Lust and Corrosion has been released, and has now caught the interest of labels. We are in the midst of signing a licensing deal with Canada's Misfortune Records. We are also talking to some U.S. labels as well. Get our CD straight from us in our store. The Candian version will have an alternative album cover and include a few more songs. The DVD and Live CD has sold 500+ copies each and are almost sold out so get your copies now!

10/30/07 - Skumlove Is Working On A Few Licencing Deals

Skumlove is working on a few licencing deals - one with Canada's Misfortune Records, and another with Hedonism Records through Century Media. Skumlove Video on MySpace Deemed Offensive

Myspace.com has deleted the latest Skumlove video deeming it too offensive. Skumlove has no idea what they are talking about; there is no nudity violence or anything. It's a live shot edited video for the song My Machine, from their last CD "I Come For Your Children". The video got up to 3,000 hits in the first few weeks it aired.

"So there is a woman hanging from hooks dangling above us and I am pulling some chains connected by hooks in another guys back. What is offensive about that?", says lead singer Skum. Skumlove Re-uploaded it on YouTube.com. Click here to see the video for yourself(before youtube deletes it).

It's been a few months, but I seem to have found some truly loyal members to help further my work as the most sinful band out of hell!!!

First, I found guitarist Gina String, who hails from detroit and comes from a more rock background. He fuckin' shreds on the lead guitar!!

Next were two brothers I kidnapped from the band HEROES OF THE F.E.D.E.R.A.T.I.O.N., drummer DJ Rattan and guitarist/bassist DB. The energy between the two is incredible.

Last, but not least, the young bat in the cave, Skitch on guitar/bass. He started out as a fan, and now he is in the band! Kinda like the movie Rockstar! LOL!

You can see us at our first show, October 14th at Safari Sams in Hollywood, followed by two shows in the works for November in Canada!

CD- I Come For Your Children and They Come For Me...

Machine - this one gets the place moving with the attacking guitar riff. The chorus on this one should stick in your head real quick. Great way to start off the album.

Dysfuctional Doll - Skumlove's vocals sound pretty creepy on this one as he pleads for his dysfuctional doll. Fast paced song that just pounds you like a heard of rabid satanic animals.

Welcome to My Hell- is probably my favorite song from this album. Song starts out slow and moody. Some killer tribal drumming on this one. This track is also killer live.

I Come For Your Children- I could see this song as the Skumlove them song. Very catchy and very easy to sing along. This is where Skumlove preaches and gathers his girl slaves and they are taken by their new God.

Pick this album up and if Skumlove plays in your town definitely get out there check them out, they won't disappoint. FANGS
